- Bring your personal use items such as your own towel and water bottle.
- You must collect a receipt after any financial transaction made and it is the only official document that is approved by Sport Dimensions Company.
- Forced entry or bypassing the verification gates is strictly prohibited. You are also not allowed to bring in any illegal or prohibited substances, materials, tools, food, drinks, or cups.
- It is prohibited to ignore or trick any laws and regulations the company sets or to verbally or physically provoke any staff members.
- Tampering with the air conditioning is strictly prohibited as this results in malfunction. The client will be held personally responsible and liable for any damages and/or losses.
- It is strictly prohibited to tamper with the light switches or adjust the lighting in any way.
- It is strictly prohibited to tamper with the electricity switchboard.
- Children and visitors are not allowed to enter the facility.
- Wearing nightwear or pajamas is prohibited.
- Engaging in any sports activity without appropriate sports attire is prohibited.
- Taking pictures or videos of any clients is strictly prohibited.
- People with any infectious diseases are not allowed inside the facility and Sport Dimensions Company will ask you to disclose any infectious disease.
- Smoking or using electronic cigarettes is not allowed.
- The client has the right to raise any complaints or suggestions through the administration or customer service WhatsApp.
